NIBTT Visits Pt. Galeota
Carillion celebrated its Health and Safety Week
from 20th-25th May 2013. the National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago was
invited to participate by providing an information booth display on the closing
day. This is an annual event hosted by the company that seeks to promote and
foster good health and safety practices amongst the employees.
The event commenced at 11:00 am and ended at 3:00 pm. During that period the
booth was visited by approximately one hundred and sixty-five (165) employees
who were thrilled with the fact there was a NIBTT presence, as most of them were
concerned about their contributions status as well as the benefits that they can
access. Special Maternity Grant was a benefit of interest as some of the
employees were in the process of filing but were not fully aware of all the
documents that were required.
