Employers, have you recently made any operational changes to your company, for example, changes to the nature, address, location or composition of your business' Board of Directors?

If yes, then you are required to submit these changes in writing to the Manager of any NIBTT Service Centre on your company's letterhead and with supporting documentation. Alternatively, you may wish to submit this letter to an Authorised/Compliance Officer of the NIBTT, during the conduct of a company audit.

The letter must be signed by a person of competent authority within your business/company.
