Change in Business Operations at NIBTT from Wednesday 1st September 2021.

The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT) wishes to advise the public that full walk-in services will resume at all Service Centres from Wednesday 1st September 2021 from 8:00 am to 3:00 p.m. (Arima Collection Centre will open to the public from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm).
The public can access the following walk-in services, among others:
Locations include:
- Funeral Grants
- Contribution Statements
- Registration Services (Employers & Employees)
- Benefit Letters
- National Insurance Number and NI Cards
Claims submissions continue to be by appointment only. Make Contribution Payments as follows:
- Cash and cheque - over the counter (drop boxes also conveniently located for cheques)
- ONLINE - log on to www.nibtt.net
