The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT) is currently experiencing a temporary disruption to its telephone service. Our service providers are working to urgently restore a sense of normalcy to our telephone network operations.

In the interim, customers attempting to reach the NIBTT can email or visit one of our conveniently located Service Centres.

The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT), in conjunction with the International Social Security Association (ISSA), recently co-hosted a workshop for local and regional social security practitioners. In the 2016 Annual Report, it was communicated that the National Inusrance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT) was foused on two integral aspects of the National Insurance System (NIS), Sustainability and Service.
